Continueous Watery Stool For 16 Month Baby

many ways to make and remake "The German bread to beer," posted by Tamara

bread to German beer Licola

Finally you go! How long we talked! Since before Christmas! And, finally, we kick off this initiative.
" many ways of doing and redoing ..." is the theme of our project (Ornella , Tamara and my ) each month will achieve the same recipe with the ingredients and we our own way of processing food. Have joined us even our friends Free and Stella
start with the luscious "German Beer Bread " recently posted by Tamara in his blog "A little of my Maremma" recipe Salt and Pepper Collection.

Note: Before you start
I chose to use liquid yeast ( Licola ), I had to do the conversion of the original recipe was with ldb (see here ) changing all the quantities.
To get closer to my taste, I have increased a bit 'so that the liquids have a pane più soffice, anche se, in genere, il pane tedesco ha la mollica abbastanza compatta.
Io ho usato "Yebisu All Malt Beer" un'ottima birra chiara giapponese.

Ingredienti
315 gr di farina di forza
80 gr di farina di segale
80 gr di farina integrale
270 ml di birra
200 gr di lievito liquido ( licoli ) molto attivo ( pseudo-rinfreschi )
1 cucchiaio di malto
1 cucchiaio di miele d'acacia
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
12 gr di burro non salato
12 gr di strutto home made
Per la crosta
semi di (zucca, orzo, miglio, amaranto, sesamo)
poco di uovo, acqua, sale

Preparazione

at 22:00
In the planetary mixing bowl I combined the three meals and beer and I did stir, cover and let stand for 20 minutes. So I added
Licola (liquid yeast), malt and honey, and I made stir speed 4 (planetary KitchenAid) for 8 ~ 10 minutes. Then gradually add the butter and lard in small quantities, and finally the salt.
When the dough, remove from the sides of the planet, I balled up and put in a bowl covered with parchment paper wet, well drained and oiled lightly with extra virgin olive oil, cover with plastic wrap and a cloth. Without stand near the stove. They had made the 23: 00, after about an hour ...

at 24:00
I did three folds the dough and put in covered bowl, made to stand near the stove for half an hour. Soon after in the fridge overnight.

8:00 am the day after removal from the refrigerator and allowed to rest near the stove.

9:30 am I made a few creases to three and then gave the form a loaf, put in the bowl with the seam underneath. Covered with plastic wrap and cover, pushed up by the oven until doubled.
at 15:00
Ecco l'interno, morbidissimo e goloso.

Black Round Bugs On Wall

many ways of doing and do it ......

L'idea era di RIPRODURRE, IN MODO INDIVIDUALE, una stessa ricetta presa da: any blog, a book of recipes, a recipe posted in our blog, etc.. with all the differences that there may be since we all live in different places of the world, but also because we are not always able to find the same ingredients.
Not to mention that each of us has his own way to organize and proceed with the preparations.

Evidence of what was said before is our cake, we use ingredients readily available to match the tastes and preferences.
panettone Our results are all beautiful and delicious, but different: yes or no candied fruit, or candied ginger, powdered or condensed milk, malt malt yes no, etc..
E ' That's the theme of this collaboration: Same recipe, nice and tasty, but with a personal makeover.

It 's been a long time since the time of cake, either for a reason, either to another could not start with our project. But, finally, the initial idea seems to materialize from this month will begin with "Bread German beer " recently posted by Tamara of "A piece of my Maremma.
expect to post our recipe February 6, 2011, and at that time disclose the recipe and the publication date of March, we will do what it always one month in advance.

begin in three: Ornella , Tamara and I, but we would be happy if there were spontaneous statements of support from bloggers who read us, our world is open to all /
;-) and I am happy to also enter the name of Freedom and Stella in Notro club.

summarizes our thoughts for those who want to get involved in this nice initiative:

- Repeat the recipe of the month in a personal way
- after switching on your blog, leave the link in the comments to the recipe posted by one of us (Ornella , Tamara or me). But even those who can not participate in blogs, in this case will be sufficient to send the comment to one of our blogs, but the recipe and the photo should be sent via e-mail.
- Whenever riportereme, at the foot of the recipe of the month, the recipe of the month following the date of publication it is necessary to meet the day to be posted the recipe. In this case, we will post the photo to enter our lynx in creation that will be sent.
- We must not feel constrained by the periodicity of this collaboration. If you are unable to work for one or more recipes, no irreparable damage, it will fall into play as soon as you have a chance. But who can, we would be happy if it continued to mess with us.
- This should not be considered a contest, but just plain fun of the whole.
- We would like to, those who adhered to our initiative, exposing our friendly banner in your blog.
- For further information, simply send an email to us (e-mail can be found in our blog)

Candlemas. From Madonna to the party of bears and Femminelli

Diman, had Ziggnore sce gives vvita, check the Cannelora

Sora snow is bbuggera is ffin,

(from sonnet Er bbona time) *
The Christian religious holiday candles, candle or Candlemas, recalls the ritual of purification that Madonna had to follow after giving birth to Jesus Christ, in accordance with the Mosaic law. In the book of the tribe 'of Levi, Leviticus, it was required that every mother who had given birth to a son, would be considered unclean for seven days, and in other thirty-three should not have to participate in any form of worship.
The Celts, at latitudes much more 'high, we talk about the Irish and other northern European nations, as interpreted by the transition from the summit down to the winter to spring. In the middle 'way between the winter solstice and the vernal equinox. A first timid signs of the awakening of nature. In
Belli Rome, where each party was linked to religion and therefore 'to some event in the life of prophets, saints and deities', this aspect of the astronomical kind, had been completely removed, deleted like any other reference to the ancient rituals pagans.
at the Celtic people of northern Italy, and Europe is celebrating an anniversary celebration called Imbolc (or even Oimelc) or mid-winter festival, Imbolc
The name is of Irish origin. The celebration of Imbolc
began at sunset, because according to the Celtic calendar started the day just from that moment. The translation of the term and 'literally' in the womb, "and refers to pregnancy in sheep, as well as Oimelc means" sheep's milk, "indicating that originally it was a party linked to the milk of the flocks of the shepherds. E 'in this period, in fact, that the lambs were born, and thus had the sheep's milk. It was a very important moment, because for the companies' active in the sheep milk production was the renewal of a life cycle.
.
the traditions associated with Candlemas at the Alpine populations there is also "The Feast of the Bear", typical of mountain areas. Formerly, in the areas of the Alps, on the day of Candlemas, a mountain-lion tamer roamed the streets of countries doing a dancing bear, symbolizing the awakening from the lethargy of the fair and all of nature.
In Roman period after waking up more 'cold winter was celebrated with the Lupercalia.
The festivities took place on February 15th (this month was the culmination of the winter period in which the wolves, hungry, they approached the civilians threatened the herds) in honor of the god Faunus in the sense of Lupercus ie protector of cattle sheep and goats from the attack of wolves. According to Ovid
the Lupercalia were instituted by Romulus for a grace received by Juno, the goddess of home, family and fertility. At the time of King Romulus
occurs' a period of infertility that involved all the women, unable to procreate. For this Ovid says that the people he went 'to the sacred grove of Juno, at the foot of' Esquilino. Through the rustling of leaves, the gods 'announcement' that women had to be penetrated by a sacred goat. A wish
insightful interpreted the oracle and a goat was sacrificed. Then cut strips of skin from her with which struck the rear of the women lunar months and ten women gave birth. In Latin, the whips are 'Februar', hence the name in February, the month in which these rituals were held.
On the night of the past, the commemoration of the Jewish ritual purification rite, from the Near East and went to Rome as early as the eighth century AD, the party had achieved great solemnity and popular participation. In Rome, the Middle Ages, a procession took place across half the city ', from Sant'Adriano to the holes of Nerva and Trajan, the Esquiline Hill, to finally reach the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where it was the rite of Blessing and distribution of candles.
With Christianity, in short, the many characteristic antichi rituali metainvernali sono stati eliminati e sostituiti dalla ricorrenza della Candelora.

version. The February 2.
Signora neve, questa fregatura e' finita (Personification of winter), now we're out of winter. . .

IMAGES. The feast of the candles ("Candlemas") started in the Christian era by the ritual consecration of the candles, which generally followed the processions, folk dances and even the "Bear Dance" (printed by B. Pinelli, 1809).

What Can You Do Against Chikan

bread with cranberries and pistachios Stefania

In late September of last year I was in Sicily and here I met the beautiful and sweet Stefania of "Cardamom & co. I have already written this incredible match.
Stefania On that occasion I made a very welcome gift: a bag of shelled pistachios, Sicilian pistachios are a delicacy unique.
I've sipped use, I was sorry that the idea might end soon. It I used very small quantities to make a nougat with almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios, and also a very good cake. I thought that match well only with the sweet, absolutely not! There are also good with the salty.
When I saw the contest "Golden green Sicilian " I decided immediately to participate, to again thank Stefania.
I prepared two easy recipes, this is the first bread with pistachios and dried cranberries, covered with grain made with Avola almonds and pistachios, a sweet bread for breakfast or snack, the second recipe, salt, posterity as soon as possible.

Bread with pistachios and cranberries

150 grams of liquid yeast ( Licola ) very active (pseudo-refresh )

50 grams of milk 1 / 2 tsp malto
15 gr di strutto home made
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
10 gr di mirtilli rossi secchi
10 gr di pistacchi
Per spolverare
semola rimacinata

Ho messo l'impasto sul piano lavoro infarinato con semola ed ho added lard little time to incorporate it well.
When the dough was soft as the ear lobe I put together the pistachios and cranberries and then I left to rise in a bowl with olive oil just greased, covered with plastic wrap and cover. Every 50 minutes I did
folds 3 times, I rolled up tight in the past and chopped pistachios and almonds, placed on wax paper and left to rise until doubled (about 2 hours and 30)

With a scalpel to lose I gave it a nice cut central and I baked at 240 ° C for 10 minutes and 180 ° C until cooked.

The crust should be a nice dark color.

I did last Friday, today I ate the last slice, it was still very good, you just pass in the oven a few minutes and it was perfect.

** orange flavor home made, recipe taken from the post Tamara , with small changes: I
2 peeled oranges with the potato peeler, taking only the yellow / gold. I kept the air for 3 ~ 4 days, and when they become dry, I blend with 3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar, I put the powder in a jar with lid, a little alcohol at 95 ° so as not to darker orange creamy sauce, and then in the freezer.
not freeze and use comfortably for long.
