Do Sodas Cause Canker Sores

How many ways to make and remake "Li Frisgiori Longhi" Carnival

" many ways of doing and redoing ..." is the theme of our project (Ornella , Tamara , and my other friends): Once a month we all we want to achieve the same recipe with the ingredients available to us and our personal way to process it.

February 6, 2011 We started with the luscious "German Beer Bread " posted by Tamara in his blog "A little of my Maremma 'is recipe for Salt and Pepper Collection.

This month we have chosen Li Frisgiori Longhi (Long Pancakes Carnival , very nice sweet of the blog carnival of giving it, for worthy fsteggiare This is a festival that brings us right to the Christian right to the springs.

These are the ingredients and quantities that Dandolo has published in his blog ( in parentheses are the amounts and the variations used by me ). I used a little more than 1 / 10 the original amount, in the family there are only two, for most in this period my husband is often away on business.
Voledo Licola used in place of ldb, I had to do the conversion of solids and liquids.
The amounts used I make a soft dough but not liquid.

Ingredients
  • 500 g. of semolina (75 g )
  • 500 g. of flour "00" (30 g )
  • 1 liter of warm milk (45 ml )
  • 1 cube of yeast 25 g. (80 g Licola active )
  • a pinch of salt (a pinch of salt )
  • zest of two oranges ( 1 / 2 teaspoon orange flavoring )
  • half a glass of brandy (no )
  • half a glass of aniseed liqueur (30 ml aniseed liqueur self )
  • plenty of oil for frying (yes )
  • sugar pancakes to review a Once chips (vanilla sugar )

In the late afternoon, I mixed the flours in a bowl with warm milk, combined with the aroma of orange and anise liqueur ( both self ). Mixed with a spoon and let stand for 15 minutes covered with plastic wrap. I added
Licola and mixed well, add salt at last. Keep stirring with a spoon for a few minutes, until the mixture has become smooth. I made a ball of dough and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cover with batteries and pushed up the heat all night, until doubled.
The next morning, I put part of the dough into a pastry bag with plain tip and formed a long spiral casing into the pan with oil at 180 degrees until golden brown on both sides and placed on absorbent paper.
I put in a food bag for 4 ~ 5 tablespoons granulated sugar and vanilla added a pancake at a time. Taking the opening closed hand, I shook the bag to adhere sugar over the surface of the pancake. Continued in the same way with the others.
Good carnival at all!

For April 6, 2011 want to try the "Pastiera" , classic Neapolitan Easter cake, is a challenge abroad because we do not have the opportunity to raise all the necessary ingredients for a product as close as original as possible.

We use the recipe site PASTIERA . We
we will give it all, who will want to follow?
