Nel frattempo ho fatto appassire alcune fette di cipolla nell'olio ed unito del pomodoro in scatola ed un po' di basilico secco, salato leggermente e fatto cuocere per 10 minuti.
In questa salsina ho ripassato le polpette e..............

Ho sempre pensato che le nostalgie culinarie bisogna riproporsele, costi quel che costi.
Ma in questo caso il costo è stato veramente irrisorio.
Il panino è una ciabatta che avevo in freezer, ma ci sta bene qualsiasi tipo di pane fatto in casa.
Che bello ricrearsi il profumo di mamma.

Restavano da fornire alcune indicazioni sulla ottimizzazione dell'audio , che avevo temporaneamente omesso in attesa che si stabilizzasse il prodotto rispetto alla nuova versione, ormai standard, del sistema operativo Microsoft, Windows Seven.



Parliamo quindi di Foobar2000 nella versione attuale (inizio 2011) ovvero la 1.1.2, e della configurazione ottimale per interfacciare un DAC esterno, in questo caso Monitor the Musiland 01 U.S. , a component that uses its own drivers. Non so se anche in Giappone ci sia il problema delle "norme antiriciclaggio dei contanti" ma le regole sono molto simili, fatto sta che in un stesso giorno non si può movimentare una somma superiore a X00.000 Yen giapponesi (alcune migliaia di Euro)
Io dovevo movimentarne più del doppio ed allora cosa fare? Ma semplicemente il giro delle banche e prelevare il necessario in tre posti diversi abbastanza distanti tra di loro.
Ma non finiva qui, anche fare il versamente incappava nelle stesse regole, tenendo conto che il versamento era a nome di mio marito, che sarebbe rientrato molto tardi, fuori orario delle banche, il quale avrebbe dovuto fare una dichiarazione liberatoria davanti al funzionario di banca.
Mamma mia che dramma la burocrazia, e non è solo un problema italico!!!
Alla fine, facendo un giroconto dal mio conto corrente ne sono venuta fuori dopo 2 ore e mezza di corri a destra ed a manca.

A casa, distrutta ed abbastanza arrabbiata con il mondo, per tranquillizzarmi ho deciso di mettere le mani in pasta e fare le lasagne al forno che a me piacciono molto, un po' meno a mio marito che preferisce gli spaghetti.

Sapevo che solo una ricetta abbastanza complessa mi avrebbe tranquillizata.

Gli ingredienti sono per 4 ciotoline da 13 cm di diametro

Per il ragù
macinato di manzo 120 gr
carota grattugiata 1 cucchiaio
cipolla grattugiata 1 cucchiaio
olio evo 1o gr circa
vino bianco 25~30 gr
pomodori freschi o in scatola 200 gr
foglie di alloro e sale

I wanted to use the bowls for the gratin, per questo ho tagliato la sfoglia in dischetti da 13 cm di diametro. Ma vanno benissimo anche quadrate.

Per la besciamella
burro 45 gr
farina debole 45 gr
latte 480~500 gr
cipolla grattugiata 2 cucchiai
sale e noce moscata

Fatto sciogliere il burro ed unito la farina, mescolato bene e, quando tendeva al color oro, aggiunto la cipolla grattugiata. Mescolato bene ed unito 2/3 di latte in una volta. Ho quindi dato una mescolata energica con le fruste ed unito sale e noce moscata grattugiata al momento. Ho usato tutto il latte, la preferisco un poco liquida. Messa da parte.

Ho fatto bollire i dischetti in acqua bollente salata e con un cucchiaio di olio. Messi ad asciugare su un canovaccio di cotone.

Per l'assemblaggio

Sul fondo della ciotolina ho messo un poco di ragù e parmigiano; quindi una sfoglia di lasagna, ragù, besciamella e parmigiano. Ho usato 4 sfoglie per ogni ciotolina, e sull'ultimo strato ho messo solo besciamella ed abbondante parmigiano .
Ho fatte cuocere in forno, a 200°C per 25~30 minuti, 3 delle 4 ciotoline.
Io e mio marito abbiamo mangiato una porzione a testa. Ho messe in freezer sia quella già cotta che quella cruda.

3 Year Old With Cold Sores

Fried eggs with chopped pistachios and almonds


In search of different recipes with pistachio nuts for the contest "Golden green Sicilian "some time ago I came across this site. There are so many tempting recipes. I let entice dall'insalata with fried eggs taste pistachio. I divided the ingredients to have only two portions, is just half an egg each.
The pistachios are the last of those who got in September of last year, the wonderful Stephen of "Cardamom & co, I went to Palermo, and there we met ;-)


Ingredients 1 egg
1 and 1 / 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 / 2 tablespoon of pistachios and almonds
1 / 2 teaspoon almond

Parmesan 1 tablespoon flour, eggs and salt to taste oil for frying

Salad Dressing

extra virgin olive oil , orange juice and pulp, salt and pepper


Boil the egg and peel it. Beat egg slightly with a pinch of salt. Mix the Parmesan with coarsely chopped almonds and pistachios, or crushed. Pour the flour on a plate.

Pass the egg into the flour, then in beaten egg and finally the chopped pistachios and almonds. Fry the egg in oil at 180 degrees making it brown on all sides.
Dry fruttura excess oil on kitchen paper and, when cold, cut the egg in half.
Wash and drain the salad, place the egg and pour dressing with bits of orange pulp.

If you use two half egg per serving, can be a great meal.

start with the luscious "German Beer Bread " recently posted by Tamara in his blog "A little of my Maremma" recipe Salt and Pepper Collection.

Note: Before you start
I chose to use liquid yeast ( Licola ), I had to do the conversion of the original recipe was with ldb (see here ) changing all the quantities.
To get closer to my taste, I have increased a bit 'so that the liquids have a pane più soffice, anche se, in genere, il pane tedesco ha la mollica abbastanza compatta.
Per lo stesso motivo ho diminuito il burro ed aggiunto dello strutto, mi sembra che quest'ultimo abbia questa prerogativa
Io ho usato "Yebisu All Malt Beer" un'ottima birra chiara giapponese.
Nella ricetta originale viene spennellato con birra, io ho fatto un miscuglio con l'uovo, mi seccava aprire un'altra lattina di birra ^-^, ma lo scopo lo ha raggiunto lo stesso: la crosta è diventato color bronzo.
Ho fatto 3 pseudo-rinfreschi per avere un frizzantissimo lievito liquido

Ingredienti
315 gr di farina di forza
80 gr di farina di segale
80 gr di farina integrale
270 ml di birra
200 gr di lievito liquido ( licoli ) molto attivo ( pseudo-rinfreschi )
1 cucchiaio di malto
1 cucchiaio di miele d'acacia
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
12 gr di burro non salato
12 gr di strutto home made
Per la crosta
semi di (zucca, orzo, miglio, amaranto, sesamo)
poco di uovo, acqua, sale


Preparazione

Metto (solo a livello indicativo) i miei orari, per una più semplice comprensione. Licoli, al contrario del lievito di birra, ha bisogno di una lunga lievitazione anche se la sua quantità is relevant.

After Preheat oven to 240 ° C. ho spennellato la cupola del pane con un miscuglio fatto con poco uovo, un cucchiaino di acqua ed un pizzico di sale e, quindi, cosparso di semi vari, dato un taglio a croce e fatto cuocere per 15 minuti. Ho diminuito la temperatura del forno sino a 180°C e fatto cuocere per altri 15 minuti. L'ho trasferito sulla griglia del forno e lasciato ancora altri 10 minuti.
L'ho lasciato raffreddare su una griglia e finalmente l'ho tagliato per vedere com'era venuto
Ecco l'interno, morbidissimo e goloso.
E' un pane molto profumato, viene voglia di farlo e rifarlo a non finire.
